We collect data you provide directly: - Contact form submissions (name, email, organisation, message) - Account information if you sign up (name, email, password) - Information you enter into your portal (varies by configuration) We collect automatically: - Basic analytics (pages visited, device type) - Cookies for authentication and preferences

We use your data to: - Respond to your enquiries - Provide and maintain your portal service - Send service-related communications - Improve our products We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where your data is stored

Your data is processed by: Supabase (database & authentication) - Data stored in UK/EU data centres - SOC2 Type II certified Vercel (website hosting) - Edge network with EU processing - SOC2 Type II certified Resend (email delivery) - Used to send transactional emails All processors are GDPR compliant.

Data retention

- Contact form enquiries: Deleted after 2 years unless you become a client - Client portal data: Retained for duration of service + 30 days - On cancellation: Full data export provided, then deleted within 30 days
