How quickly can I launch?
Templates can be deployed in 3-5 business days. This includes setting up your hosting, configuring the database, applying your branding, and testing everything. Custom development takes longer depending on scope (1-12 weeks).
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, with 30 days notice. We'll provide a complete export of your database and all your data before cancellation. You'll lose hosting and maintenance, but you keep your data.
What if I need more features later?
We offer custom feature development starting from £750. Minor tweaks and updates are often included in your monthly fee. Major new features are quoted separately as one-time development fees.
Do I own the code?
Templates are open-source (you get full code access but they're not exclusively yours). Custom development is yours outright - you own all the code and can take it anywhere. Either way, you always own your data.
